24-26 October

7 October 2019

During the 41st ‘Association for Interdisciplinary Studies" (AIS) conference, hosted by the UvA's Institute for Interdisciplinary Studies (IIS), you will have the opportunity to exchange knowledge about interdisciplinary research and education with fellow international researchers and education professionals. This conference takes place from 24-26 October at the ‘Roeterseilandcampus’.

This year's conference has the theme "Interdisciplinarity in global contexts" and has a very diverse program with challenging workshops, panel discussions, performances and an exhibition.

Do you wish to expand your network or exchange ideas about the right methodology for knowledge integration? Are you curious as to what skills interdisciplinary students learn in other countries or how transdisciplinarity can be used in research into the major "global challenges"? Then register for this three-day conference via the button below.
